Composition III: The Thesis Paper (Prerequisite Composition I)

Major Research Paper

Introduction to the elements of a research paper, organizational skills, and planning the collection of information
Comprehensive evaluation and development of an outline based on the collected information
Organization and presentation of each main and sub-topic emphasizing unity of the chosen facts and examples, each contributing to an orderly, logical development of the thesis statement

Tuition

Private (1 Student) 20 euros/hour*
Group (2-4 Students) 10 euros/hour*

(*additional 5 euros/session for travel within the Larnaca area)

After the research is completed, the student will write the paper in her/his own time and will meet with me periodically on an individual basis for editing and fine tuning through the various ‘drafts’ until the finished product is achieved.

Please note
The 'research' part may be done ‘in a group,’ but all drafts are done individually. Also, there is no time limit at this stage; each student will work at his/her own pace when doing research and writing drafts. It is perfectly acceptable for students to work independently at home or in libraries.

Please understand that at no time do ‘I’ write the paper for the student.
I do guide each student (individually) through every draft of the Thesis Project by offering input, evaluations, and focused suggestions.
